How do I reset my Livy Protect to the factory settings?

With a reset, you can return your Livy Protect to the factory settings. To do this, press and hold the Bluetooth button for at least 10 seconds until you hear a beep that indicates that the reset is starting. The LED display will light up in different colours during this process.  
 
If you reset your Livy Protect to the factory settings, the connection data to the Internet will be deleted, but the device will not be removed from the app. To remove the device from the app and reinstall it, follow these steps: 

1. Click on the room map

2. Open the device settings

3. Click on the "Remove" button below and then connect the Livy Protect via Bluetooth

4. Now Livy Protect can be installed again
